developers and Housing Finance Institutions
participating from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai,
Thane, Mira Road, Pune, Lonavala, Bangalore,
Nasik, Kochi, Hyderabad, Goa, Chennai, Nagpur,

“Our aim in organising these exhibitions
is to bring home seekers in direct contact
with developers showcasing their projects
so as to eliminate the hassles of going
through the process of scouting various
projects scattered across the city and suburbs,”
said Dharmesh Jain, honorary secretary of
MCHI.
“Another very important aspect that
home seekers will benefit at the exhibition
is that they will get an opportunity to
interact with experts in the field, who
will answer all their queries related to
the housing industry. At the same time,
they will get an industry perspective on
the real estate industry post budget, which
will help them plan better for their new
home.”
“Today, with the property market
buoyant and home seekers undecided whether
to buy now or wait for the rates to fall,
this property exhibition comes at an appropriate
time,” added Mayur Shah, honorary
joint secretary and Convener of Exhibitions,
MCHI.
“It has been our constant endeavour,
year after year, to give value addition
to home seekers visiting our exhibitions
and it has been satisfying to note that
these exhibitions have given and made a
difference in the lives of many who have
found their dream homes here.” Visitors
to the mega show can have answers to queries
about not only property matters and home
finance but also taxation, formation of
housing societies and the legal aspects.
There will be at least 100 developers showcasing
more than 2000 projects, 15 housing finance
companies, special air-conditioned food
courts, air-conditioned business lounges
and free shuttle buses running between the
venue and the closest main railway station.
